Capstone

This week, i plan to follow through with my research projects that we came up with when we created our capstone planning page. From this assignment I want to learn more about my essential question in order to answer it intelligently and accurately. The way that i will create my presentation of this to show to the class is with a simple powerpoint that shows some of the statistics and comments from real people that have to do with my essential questions.

Essential Questions:
-Do certain advertisements in the media effect how people feel about themselves?
-Has photography no longer become an art, but only used for glamorous, commercial purposes?
Research project ideas:
-Statistics of people who use advertisements to base what [they think] people should look like.
-How many people want to look like models in magazines.
-If people believe that photography is an actual form of art.
-See how many people are truly unhappy with their appearance.
-How many people actually pay attention to, and read advertisements everyday.
-Get comments from real people on these issues
